MEDITATIONS
Senior Thesis solo exhibition, presented at the University of Dallas. Irving, TX.
2016

These works depict the ways in which my own mind operates, as I have observed during the practice of mindfulness meditation. This process starts by bringing awareness to my physical presence, by focusing on my breath, the sounds around me, or feeling the ground beneath me. It develops into an awareness of my inner state of being - my emotions, thoughts, prejudices, and ultimately, the ways in which my mind processes this information.
