THE TRANSFORMATION SUITE
The “Transformation Suite” tells the mythical story of the snake: she is a symbol of the divine cycle of sacrifice, change, and renewal. Her journey is narrated across three works:
In “Revelation” she encounters the moon pierced by a blade and recognizes that transformation requires sacrifice.
In “Retreat” she descends into the depths of the earth, a liminal space between darkness and light, where she sheds her old skin and releases what no longer serves her.
Finally, in “Rebirth” she emerges as a new self. A corn stalk rises beside her, signifying the promise of abundance that follows transformation.
The snake is a mythical character that exists within the same conceptual universe as the Constellations Series.
